Cruising River Thames | Travel Thursday

I know we are still in winter but browsing through my photos, I found some that I took while I was cruising down the river Thames one fine summer day. I thought, wouldn’t it be a good idea to share those with you so that we can feel some warmth in this ridiculously cold weather?

So sit back, relax, grab a cuppa and be cozy.

The journey began at Westminster and ended in Greenwich. The journey took approximately 1 and a half hours. This London’s oldest thoroughfare is truly a different view of the city. You will be passing some of London’s best historical landmarks.

I was able to use my Oyster Card and got a 1/3 off when I bought my ticket for the trip at the ticket office. Normally it costs 12 BGP.

A random party boat.

I hope you liked the photos.

If you are in or have been to London, have you done the river cruise? Which part of it was your favorite?

Let us know in the comments section below.

Lots of love,

Jo xoxo
