  3. Another week, another Menu Monday! :) Your meals for this week sound absolutely delicious (as always)! Lately, I've gotten a bit more into eating fish so the Salmon and green salad really appeal to me ... except for the olives - I just hate those things :D

    1. I'm sorry Lena you don't like olives, I hated them in the beginning too. It was something I learned to like. Blue cheese on the other I may never learn to like in this lifetime.

  4. First of all, I want to thank you for this post. I was just telling my husband that I have no clue what to cook for tonight, for the first time I feel completely out of ideas and then I see that picture! Salmon steak will be on the menu tonight. Yipee!

  5. Dear Jo, I'm impressed again how detailed you are planning your menus for the week! Today I had it easy as one day each week one of our children is responsible for the dinner and today this was our son. He prepared yummy breads with salmon, eggs and salami. I don't have a huge plan what to cook this week but maybe tomorrow I will cook a kind of an omlette with onions, spinache and cheese together with potatoes. And maybe on Wedenesday our dinner will be Chili con Carne. These are all my plans so far for this week, I hope I will also have some ideas for Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday :) Normally we eat together each evening dinner in our family as we are all during the day out of the house. Therefore no lunch is necessary to prepare. Wish you a happy week - that this week is yummy is definitely sure!

    1. Hi Rena, since we live quite far from a supermarket, we need to do our grocery shopping once a week for the whole week. So we really need to plan what we want to make out of they things we bought for the week. I love the sound of that omelette and chili con carne. Well, I am a foodie, so I love amost everything!

  6. I wish I had the structure to figure out what to make all week. My only suggestion to you would be to integrate a meatfree day! Hehe.

    1. Thanks Carmen, I would love to have a meat free day but my husband (the man that he is) couldn't live without it.

  7. That salmon looks delicious! I'm doing a vegan diet right now and I have to say that the most difficult part is coming up with new recipes all the time... I'm doing well so far, though :)
