Pork chop with chicory and Parmesan cheese |
It’s Monday once again and it is time to roll up what’s going
to be on our plates this week. So without further ado, let’s keep the ball
rolling.
Monday – Roast beef with mashed potatoes and green
peas.
Tuesday – left over from Monday
Wednesday - Pork chop with chicory and boiled potatoes (I
didn’t eat the potatoes)
Thursday – Jambalaya (semi homemade)
Friday – Pan seared cod with cooked carrots and
potatoes.
As you may notice, it’s going to be easy going this week.
Perhaps I too, need some inspiration. If you have any suggestions as to what I
should prepare, let me know. All suggestions are welcome.
How about you, what’s your menu for this week going to look
like? Let us know.
Don’t forget to check out my past Menu Monday posts here for
more ideas.
Lots of love,
Jo xoxo

Thanks Shireen, Jambalaya is like Paella - a rice dish with a twist.
