I guess the very first time I heard of Sriracha was when I
saw one of the many “What’s In My Fridge” videos on YouTube and saw one of the girls saying it was a standard on theirs.
This just slipped my mind until one day I was having dinner at a Korean restaurant in London, and they had Sriracha on our table. I tried it with my food and I loved it. I used a lot of it I must say. From then on, each time I have dinner in a Korean or Thai restaurant, I always took the opportunity to use it on the side.

Sriracha is a chili sauce. But fear not as it is not too
spicy (when used moderately) that you wouldn’t be able to taste the food
anymore. In fact, it is the exact opposite. It is so tasty that the taste of
anything you eat it with will be amplified. Just thinking about it now makes me
hungry! This of course depends on your tolerance level to spicy magnitude.
Sriracha is named after a coastal city Sri Racha in
Thailand. I use this mainly when I eat something that is fried like fried
chicken and spring rolls, as this is a good dipping sauce as well. I also like
this on my pizza and many more. To me it aids to increase my appetite and I am
obsessed.
If you haven’t heard of Sriracha yet, why don’t you be a sport
and give it a try. Just be warned though, this stuff is addictive. Once you get
hooked there’s no turning back. Don’t forget to tell me what you think of it, I’m
curious.
I must stop now as I am getting hungry writing this even
when I literally just finished dinner.
Do you also have a love affair with Sriracha? With what do you eat it
with? Let us know.
Lots of love,
Jo xoxo
Isn't it just one of the best things! I loooooove it, and well, I just put it on everything, well OK I am addicted, lol.

I only knew soy sauce, but I'd probably prefer this one more. I haven't heard of it before, but now I just grew stong desire to try it.
ReplyDeleteHaha I love the concept of Savory Saturday, I'm definitely more of a savory person.
