I have been introduced to this product years ago by my skin
therapist and I love it.
You might be wondering why I went to a skin therapist. I
have suffered from severe acne problem growing up which left me with a lot of
scars and hyper pigmentation. Therefore, I reached for the aid of a skin
therapist to help lessen the scarring with the aim of me regaining my
self-confidence. My therapist treated me with micro-dermabrasion to remove dead
skin. After each session, she would spray my face with something refreshing to
calm my skin from the treatment. If you want me to talk about my experience
with micro-dermabration, just let me know in the comments below.
After our first session, she gave me a small bottle of Avene Thermal Spring Water, which is the same thing she sprayed on my face to cool
down. She told me I should use it as often as I want to heal my skin from
the treatment.
Curious about what the product is about, I looked it up on
its website. I found that Avene Thermal Spring Water is originally from rain and with some 40 years through the
Cevennes Mountain aquifer, this spring water is suitable to care for sensitive
skin. It soothes, softens, and restores skin’s natural balance.
Using this made healing of my skin faster while feeling
refreshed.
Even after the treatments, I have kept it in my daily
routine. I used this as my toner instead after cleaning my face. I feel
refreshed and ready for the challenges of the day.
During summer, I would spray this as often as I can
especially when it is very warm and humid just to cool off and pep me up.
I highly recommend this to everyone. It is an absolutely
good product. It nourishes your skin whilst keeping it revitalized.
