Burger And Lobster | Social Sunday

Lobster is a luxury and that is a fact.

Before I moved to London to work, my friend told me about this place that served only two things – burgers and lobsters. Each for only 20GBP including fries and a green salad. At first I couldn’t believe it as normally, lobster alone is already expensive.

So when I came to London, the first restaurant we went to was Burger And Lobster. The restaurant does not accept reservations, so you have to wait to be seated. Since my friend and I went on a Friday, it was fully packed.

20GBP may sound a lot, but the amount of lobster they serve is ample as well as the burger. I had both on different occasions and both tastes really good, and you can trust a foodie when I say it’s good.

You will have two choices on how you would like your lobster to be cooked; grilled or steamed. Also you will have a choice whether you want it in a sandwich or on the shell.

According to the restaurant’s website, their awesome lobsters are from the deep Atlantic waters of Nova Scotia while their burgers are corn-fed premium Nebraskan beef.

Burger and Lobster currently has six branches in London with one soon to open in the City. They also have one branch in Cardiff and in New York.

I would highly recommend Burger and Lobster if you want to try something different but would want great value for your cash. It’s good food and is something everybody will enjoy – except when you are allergic to seafood. But then you have burger option!
