It's time to roll up once again what the week's plates are going to look like.
Monday - Chicken Madras with rice and green beans
Tuesday - Pancit (stir fried noodles Filipino style)
Wednesday - Lasagna with green salad
Thursday - left over lasagna
Friday - Pan-fried tuna with mased potatos and green asparagus.

Saturdays and sundays are always "anything goes" for us. Sometimes we order take aways, eat leftovers, or dine out.
If you want me to write a recipe on the dishes mentioned above, please let me know and I'll only be happy to oblige.
