Today I would like to share an incredibly easy to make recipe but incredibly delicious.
This is so easy to make that you don't need exact measurements to create a tasty dish. This is my own version of the famous Provencal's very own Tapenade.
The main ingredients are olives, and in this recipe, I used both black and green to have the best taste. Also as I like to not follow the original recipe and love to add my own twist, so I added sun-dried tomatoes just for the heck of it. And the result is phenomenal!
I used the whole pots of olives and sun-dried tomatoes and whisked them all together in my food processor leaving the oil out.
I made this for my birthday and everybody loved it. In the picture my Tapenade is not very finely blended as my machine broke whilst I was making this. Very unfortunate indeed. Despite this mishap, the result was still delicious.
Tapenades are good for dipping and on bread or crackers. They are also great for entertaining.
