As soon as the new year has commenced, everybody seemed to start making resolutions, a promise to start doing things differently. I on the other hand have never engaged on this
afraid I may never keep any of the intentions. This year I might just think of making a list of the things I "might" want to change.
- Eat less - but how can I resist good food?
- Think positive - but how when you are surrounded with back stabbing people?
- Work out more - how do I fight laziness?
- Stop procrastinating - but I like to take my time?
- Make new friends - I'm a bit shy.
Challenge: How do I keep myself motivated?
