Two years ago in February, my husband and I went to Tunisia
on holiday. It was my first time in Africa and I didn’t really know what to
expect. Unlike most people, I don’t do my research about the place I am
travelling to as I always leave everything up to my lovely hubby. I simply just
allow myself to be led the way and enjoy the journey. And so I learned my lesson
well.
Although I knew the temperature there would be around 19
degrees, I didn’t really expect that it could be really cold especially when outfits you pack are wrong. I only took light clothes and was a disaster. I never thought 19 degrees Celsius would be that cold.
Anyway, enough rambling. Taking the cold air aside, I really
enjoyed the scenery. Tunisia is a beautiful country and we were so blessed to
have the chance to visit the place. During our visit, we got to do a lot of firsts such as close encounters with camels, visit typical Tunisian rock houses, saw dates on the their trees, walk on salt lake, visit the oasis, and see the beautiful sunset at the Sahara desert amongst others.
To show you how beautiful the place is, I have a few photos for you.
Do enjoy...

Every time I look at these pictures, it always bring me back to our stay in Tunisia. Who knows maybe one day I will get to revisit this beautiful wonder.
Given the chance, which place would you want to revisit?
Lots of love,
Jo xoxo
